No Hidden Fees Sold out
  • Walks on stiff bristles, not wheels — it skitters like something alive
  • Random path: forward, knock, veer. She can never learn it
  • Hard floors only — wood, tile, laminate, not rugs
  • Battery included, runs out of the box

  2. Oct 26 – Oct 27 Packed
  3. Oct 30 – Nov 5 At your door
  • Walks on a row of stiff bristles instead of wheels, which is why it skitters rather than rolls — the motion a cat reads as alive
  • Takes an unpredictable path: it drives forward, knocks into something and goes somewhere else, so she can never learn where it will be
  • For hard floors — wood, tile, laminate. Bristles need a firm surface, so it will not travel across a rug
  • Hamster-sized and hamster-shaped, with flocked short fur over a hard shell
  • Battery included, so it runs out of the box
  • No remote and no app — she starts the chase, you do not have to run it

Maybe not. Cats are not obliged to like anything, and any shop telling you otherwise is guessing on your behalf.

What we will say is this: give it a week before you decide. Most of what looks like rejection on day one is a cat waiting to be sure the thing is theirs. And if the week goes by and they are still not interested, that is on us — see the next panel.

If it isn't right for you or your cat, just tell us. If you can, give it to someone you care about — that's all we ask. You get 100% of your money back, no questions asked. Because you trusted us with your hard-earned money, and we believe that trust should go both ways.

Thirty days from the day it lands. Nothing to send back, no photos, no reason needed.

No. It goes in the same parcel as the rest of your order, on the same day, at no extra shipping cost.

Adding it here is the cheapest way to get it: ordered separately later it would carry its own delivery.

Everything we sell is meant to be used unsupervised by an animal that chews, claws and sits on things — that is the bar it has to clear before we list it.

The specifics for this item are on the images above. If something is not answered there, ask us before you buy rather than after.

Beaumont is a small shop, not a marketplace. One catalogue, chosen slowly, and a real person on the other end of the email.

Small is the reason the guarantee can be this simple. We would rather refund you and keep you than win an argument about a return.

The Pass-It-On Guarantee

No two cats are the same.

You know her better than any product page does: what she loves, what she ignores, what she'll sleep in for a week and then never touch again. So we don't promise she'll love it. If it isn't right for you or your cat, just tell us. If you can, give it to someone you care about, that's all we ask. You get 100% of your money back, no questions asked, because you trusted us with your hard-earned money and trust should go both ways.

Frequentlyaskedquestions

If what you need is not here, write to us and a person will answer you.

Orders are packed within one to two working days. Delivery usually runs eight to twelve days from the day you order — the dates on the product page are calculated from that, not written by hand.

You get a tracking link as soon as it ships. If the dates come and go with nothing at your door, email us and we will chase it.

If it isn't right for you or your cat, just tell us. If you can, give it to someone you care about — that's all we ask. You get 100% of your money back, no questions asked. Because you trusted us with your hard-earned money, and we believe that trust should go both ways.

That is the Pass-It-On Guarantee: thirty days from the day it arrives, nothing to post back, no proof, and a person answers your email. Give it a week first — cats are slow with anything new.

No. Nothing goes back — we trust you.

If you can, give it to someone you care about — that's all we ask. Posting it back would cost more than it is worth to either of us.

Thirty days, counted from the day it arrives rather than the day you ordered — so shipping time is not eaten out of your thirty.

Yes, if it has not shipped. Email us as soon as you can and we will catch it.

If it has already gone out, let it arrive and then tell us — the guarantee covers it either way, and you will not need to post it back.

Send us a photo and we will put it right — replacement or refund, whichever you would rather have. No form to fill in and nothing to return.

The part nobody reads until they need it

Nobody argues with you about a refund.

Two of the comments above are about exactly this — one from someone who assumed the guarantee was a scam, one who had never risked a small shop before. Neither had to send anything back.
