Order Processing, Delays & Cancellations

We aim to ship all orders within the stated processing and delivery timeframes. However, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including high order volume, customs processing, carrier disruptions, or unforeseen logistical issues.

If delays occur, we will provide updates via email regarding your order status.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled for a full refund if the order has NOT yet been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped or fulfilled, it can no longer be cancelled. Customers must wait for the order to be delivered and then follow our standard return process outlined below.

To request a cancellation, you must contact our support team directly at Support@trybeaumont.com with your order number.

We will confirm whether your order is still eligible for cancellation before processing any refund.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders may be cancelled at any time before shipment by contacting our support team.

All pre-order cancellations must be processed directly through Beaumont support. If a customer initiates a payment dispute or chargeback through their bank instead of contacting us first, the order will not qualify as a valid cancellation request under this policy.

How Refunds Work

Refunds are issued only after the product has been physically returned to one of our warehouses and inspected by our team.

Submitting a refund request alone does not guarantee a refund. The returned item must be received and approved before any refund is processed.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee starting from the date your order is delivered.

If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a refund:

  • The product must be returned to our warehouse and inspected by our team
  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required
  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and approved

How to Request a Return

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if the item arrived damaged or defective)

Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions and the appropriate warehouse address.

After shipping your return, please allow delivery time plus 3–5 business days for inspection.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Beaumont is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds are only issued after the returned product has been physically received and inspected.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days after approval:

  • Check your bank or credit card statement
  • Contact your payment provider (processing times may vary)

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact our support team first so we can resolve any issue quickly.

Orders that are disputed through a bank or payment provider without first contacting Beaumont support may be suspended from refunds, replacements, or cancellations while the dispute investigation is ongoing.

Chargebacks do not qualify as valid cancellation or return requests under this policy.
