If it isn't right for you or your cat, just tell us. If you can, give it to someone you care about — that's all we ask. You get 100% of your money back, no questions asked. Because you trusted us with your hard-earned money, and we believe that trust should go both ways.

What this covers
- Any reason at all — including that your cat simply ignored it.
- Thirty days counted from the day it is delivered, not the day you ordered.
- 100% of the purchase price, back to the card you paid with — or a gift card if you'd rather.
- A reply from a person, not a form, within 24–48 hours on weekdays.
What we never ask of you
- A reason. If it did not work for your cat, that is enough.
- The box, the wrapping or a receipt.
- Return postage. Nothing goes back — give it to someone you care about instead.
- A form, a photograph or proof of any kind. We trust you.
